However, there is a cost associated with purchasing your domain (url) name from a company like GoDaddy (depends on your desired domain but usually around $9. Premium domains can cost much more). And there is the costs associated with your hosting each month ($10/month).
Can I update my website using my phone?
Yes you can easily update and add content to your website using your mobile phone or any other device as long as you’re connected to the internet.
How will I update my website?
There are two common ways to update your website:
- Do it yourself – you’ll ne able to add and edit your content using a content management system (CMS) yourself without any additional costs. We will provide you an admin login to your website so you can make any changes you like. No coding or experience needed.
- Talk to us – If you don’t have the time or patience to make changes yourself we can help manage your website for you with one of our website maintenance packages.
Do you provide a domain name for my website?
No, we do not purchase domains on your behalf. Your business domain should be purchased by you and within your control. If you already have a domain name, we recommend leaving it where it is, and we will take care of pointing it to your server when your new website is ready to go live. We recommend GoDaddy or Google Domains if you need to purchase a new domain.
Do I own the website?
Yes! We don’t hold our customers hostage! Once you have paid off the full term of your website contract, the website is all yours. You can then choose to host, manage, and maintain the website on your own.
How long will it take to get my website done?
Once we have received all the necessary information (i.e., logos, images/videos, and all other essential information), we can deliver your website on average within 1 to 3 weeks.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes absolutely! All our websites are designed with mobile devices in mind making sure your website works across multiple devices including desktop computers, laptop, tablets and mobiles.
